The first one is just Karen and I doing some trail running in Kona, Hawaii, in Vibram Five Finger shoes. and trying out our new GoPro camera at the same time.
I made this video in January 2012. I'm not sure they still make the Bikila running shoes (above) which is what I have.

The second video was when I was competing in the Ironman World Championship in Kona in 2009. For some reason NBC Sports thought I would be interesting to follow around while swimming, biking and running for a 140.6 miles.
